Our high standards are driven by our staff. In this increasingly corporate age, we strive to remain a company of individuals rather than a faceless corporation.

These experienced people - some of whom have been with White Light for years, some of whom have come into White Light after successful careers working in the entertainment lighting industry - care about the shows they're working on rather than just churning out lights for the next job.

They can offer real-world, impartial advice should you need it, and we also aim to share their experience through our Training Initiative training and education scheme.
