This section of the website has been designed to share the wealth of knowledge White Light has amassed over the last three decades with those who have a technical interest in lighting.

The Knowledge Base provides technical specifications and reference material on different types of lighting equipment including dimming and moving lights. Knowledge Base is updated regularly.

The Reference Guide is the dowloadable, PDF version of our new, fully updated paper Reference Gude.

The Information Sheets are a collection of Information Sheets answering the most common questions from those experimenting with lighting or using particular products for the first time.

The Freelance Page contains information relevant to freelance members of the lighting community, whether they are working with White Light on specific projects or working with others.

The Industry Links page has links to the many manfacturers and companies, as well as other sources of information and discussion about entertainment lighting.

The Environment page has links to resources relating to creatling lighting with as little environmental impact as possible.
